policies and conditions of lease

 $50 non-refundable fee for each application.
All new applicants are subject to a credit check and for the security of our residents a criminal background check.
No security deposits required.
Income ratio requires that the applicant(s) must gross approximately three (3) times the monthly rental amount.
To hold an apartment the applicant(s) must:
  • Complete and submit a lease application.
  • Provide copies of photo IDs for all occupants.
  • Provide the $50 application fee per person.
